The Morning Fitness Session

Whilst at Llanbedr we developed many skills - communication, teamwork and leadership which are key skills that are used in all uniformed services, this is why Llanbedr is a good place to develop skills. It is also good because we get to experience what life is like in a uniformed service. The area surrounding Llanbedr is suitable for navigation training and canoeing I was able to experience both activities as well as high ropes course which helped my teamwork, leadership and communication. I also gained a Bronze award for navigation.

Since I have been at Llanbedr I have got better at things and I have got used to looking after myself and trying to do things to a high standard, I am now better at working in a team. I am proud of my self because I have tried every activity and I feel that I have now got more self discipline.

Whilst at Llanbedr I had a wonderful time everything was good food we had great big meals, and the activities were really good. This will help me in my career in the Royal Navy - Fire Service it shows you how to work as a team and make us a better person it gives you more motivation and self discipline and my fitness is now up to scratch. If you put everything you got in, you will become a better person. I have improved my teamwork, organisation, motivation self discipline co - operation, leadership and determination I have got better at all of them.
